Built for people who build and sell.
Counterpart connects builders in the Philippines with commercial partners. Start with a clear paid agreement, keep a shared record of progress, and decide together what comes next.
A product and a partner
The Bench accepts applications for published commercial opportunities and clearly marked projects in development. Published opportunities require a reachable product URL, screenshots, responsibilities, performance goals, and cash terms. Development projects may collect applications earlier; paid terms must be completed and accepted before work starts. These checks do not independently verify every business claim.
Work worth paying for
A commercial partner can earn an agreed fee, commission on eligible collected sales, or both. The paid trial tests fit. Meeting a target does not automatically give away part of the company.
A deliberate cofounder decision
Equity is a separate relationship. After the trial, the parties may agree a documented cofounder grant with company approvals, a vesting schedule, and departure terms. Existing vested rights are governed by that instrument.
A useful record
Counterpart provides applications, accepted offers, weekly performance logs, private chat, compensation claims, payment acknowledgments, and review cases. Payments and legal share issuance take place outside the platform.
