Private records stay private
An investor account does not provide blanket access to engagements, participant email addresses, chat, or supporting documents. Arrange any due-diligence disclosure directly with the venture's authorized parties.
Keep the distinctions clear
Reported revenue is different from verified collected cash. Contribution estimates are different from net profit. A contractual vesting calculation is different from completed share issuance. Inspect the underlying documents before relying on any of them.
Invest outside the platform
Counterpart does not process investments, hold funds, issue shares, or offer an investment guarantee. The parties and their advisers handle corporate approvals, financing, and legal ownership records.
